Do you ship worldwide? No, we exclusively offer shipping across Canada at this time to ensure a tailored experience for the Canadian market.
Where are the products shipped from? To ensure global availability of our unique designs, orders are dispatched from our international distribution centre. Lumalite Lamps handles all customs clearance and import duties, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations should be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, modifications may not be possible as the order may already be in processing or shipment.
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely using encrypted systems.
When will my order be processed? Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days. Shipping typically occurs on the business day following order processing.
