At Lumalite Lamps (www.lumalitelamps.com), your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains our return, refund, and cancellation terms in accordance with Canadian Consumer Protection Acts.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@lumalitelamps.com.
Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

2. Condition of Items

To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Since we specialize in lamps, products must not show signs of installation or wiring.
If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a partial refund or depreciation deduction may apply as permitted by Canadian law.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your lamp arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, Lumalite Lamps will cover the full cost of the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected at our facility:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Credits will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different models or finishes. Please contact our customer service team at support@lumalitelamps.com for instructions on how to reserve your replacement item.

6. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Changes: Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge for additional reshipping costs.

7. Important Address Notice

Our registered business address in Ottawa is an administrative office and is not a return centre.

Do not send returns to the Ottawa address below.
All returns must be approved by our team, after which we will provide you with the correct Return Shipping Address.
